Shipping Info

Shipments are sent out between 1-7 days from the time of purchase and you will be notified via email with tracking info once it's on its way.  It is of the utmost importance to keep an eye on your tracking to ensure delivery.

Shipping rates are automatically quoted and added to your purchase price at check out.  You are purchasing shipping and insurance from a carrier TBD at checkout.

We ship internationally and the chosen delivery carrier will depend on your location.  When possible we mail parcels via USPS and your local postal service will take care of final delivery.

It is our responsibility to ensure the artwork is properly and safely packed.  Once in the hands of the carrier, the condition of the parcel is no longer our responsibility.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If a carrier claims it was delivered and it's not in your possession then you must deal with them directly to locate it.  If you're not home and a package is missing from your door or a mailroom in your building it is not our responsibility to replace the order.  With your assistance we can file a claim for a refund, but a claim is not guaranteed as it's up to the discretion of the delivery carrier.

If a package is awaiting your arrival at a local post office and you don't retrieve it or the package is refused upon delivery, it will likely be deemed "missing" or could be returned and in transit back to us.  If it is sent back, a return can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks.  Once the art-piece is returned, we will refund the order minus the shipping.  It will be your responsibility to pay to ship it again if you still want the order.

We understand that parcels go missing but we are not a shipping company...  it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure safe delivery and we will not issue refunds or replacements for a carrier's failures.
